Having trouble with CollabCool?
During the 20–50 person pilot, contact the CollabCool pilot organiser who invited you. A dedicated support address will be added before a wider launch.
Sign-up or verification problem
Check that you entered your email correctly. Verification codes contain six digits. If a code expires, use Resend code and use the newest email. Never send your password or verification code to another person.
Sign-in problem
Check the email spelling first, then retry the password. If you recently created the account, make sure email confirmation completed successfully.
Group or moderation problem
If you cannot join, post, approve a member, or moderate a discussion, tell the pilot organiser which group you were using and what you expected to happen. Do not include passwords, verification codes, or confidential research data in a bug report.
What helps when reporting a bug
Include the page you were on, what button you pressed, what happened, and a screenshot if it does not contain sensitive information. The approximate time of the problem can also help us check logs.
Urgent privacy concern
If you accidentally shared information that should not be on CollabCool, contact the pilot organiser promptly and identify the group or discussion so it can be reviewed.
